Creating a recurring donation will set up an agreement between you and PayPal. After clicking the Donate button below, you will be redirected to the PayPal agreement page. At the top you will see a summary of the agreement (drop down arrow). This will show a monthly payment number & amount. Right below that there will be a line for 'One-time Setup Fee', this is the intial payment.

For example, if you choose below to pay $10 for 12 months, the details on the PayPal agreement page will show '$10 for each month for 11 installments' and the One-time setup fee will show '$10' for a total of 12 payments.
